Lunch Dinner Ltd, located at 44 Park Hill Road, Birkenhead, Auckland 0626, provides freshly cooked food for pickup. Our services include the preparation and pickup of delicious meals from our designated locations. Please note that we do not provide door-to-door food delivery service as of now.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1. Pre-Ordering: All the order for upcoming week window need to be pre-ordered by the end of current weeks Saturday evening. Any order made from Sunday onwards till next Saturday will be considered for further upcoming weeks menu.

3.2. Ordering Process: To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information through our website www.lunchdinner.co.nz or mobile application. You are responsible for any errors in the information you provide.

3.3. Payment: We accept payments through various methods, including credit cards and online payment gateways. Payment must be made at the time of placing an order.

4. Pickup

4.1. Pickup Times: Please arrive at the specified pickup location and time to collect your order. Failure to do so may result in your order being canceled, and no refund will be issued. Pickup location and time will be provided in your invoice when you place the order.

5.Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it is prepared for pickup. Once the preparation process has begun, cancellations are not possible.

5.2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued for canceled orders or orders that cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances. Refund requests must be made within 10 hours of the order placement.
